enabling. We give friendly, understanding advice & a listening ear but it's up to YOU to help yourself. This is only a supplement for getting healthy.

size does not fit all. 3 steps to health: 1- Talk deep. 2- Think about how to help yourself. 3- THEN DO IT! It's still getting out your feelings, still
admitting you are going thru a tough time but also telling yourself (you have nothing to prove to anybody) that you WILL, not just CAN, get out of it. &
you DO IT. Education is one thing. We believe in Education is Power but promoting is another. If it's illegal, dangerous, can kill you, willing to do
whatever it takes to be thin, it's not welcomed here. Note: Therapy, nutritional counseling, hospitalizations, being tubed, etc are saving your lives.
It's also encouraging to us here to hear of someone who isn't afraid to seek help & to do what they can to be healthier.
